Rounds in 20 minutes of:

Pull Ups -8 reps
Press - 6 reps (1/2 body weight)

Deadlift - 4 reps (1 1/2 body weight)

Plan on burning forearms as you work through this one. 8-)

Coach at the end of a long push up day....hey who grabbed the camera?
