Kettlebell Class 2.0
CrossFit Everett will be hosting a Kettlebell Technique workshop with Tom Corrigan.
Saturday May 1ST
Beginner class 10:00-12:00 and Intermediate class 12:30-2:30
The Beginners class will cover the basic swing, squat and press. Along with warm-up and mobility drills.
The Intermediate class will cover the snatch and the clean and jerk.
PRICE
50 Dollars for CFE members (one class)
60 Dollars for all non-members (one class)
90 Dollars for CFE Members (both classes)
100 Dollars for non-members (both classes)
There will be a 30 min lunch break between the two classes. There are places within walking distance to eat or you can bring your own. If you have any questions feel free to contact CrossFit Everett at 425-212-9944 or our email Crossfiteverett@gmail.com

We Have A New Toy!
We have a keg filled with water to play with now!! Here is a video of Danny Lopez taking it for its first test drive.
It looks to be a little unstable!! I see great things in the future when it comes to this new piece of fun, maybe "Keg Fran?"

My trip to Colorado was amazing!!! I want to thank Abi, Heather, Tom and Nate, without you guys covering for me the trip would not have been possible. I learned so much about riding in the three days I was there, Chris and Sahen are the best of the best. I can say that CrossFit again prevails, it helped me tremendously in adapting to riding and working hard at 10,500 feet. The other members of the group were dying do to lack of oxygen and muscle fatigue. Chris and Sahen were surprised that I was always ready to go, and not breathing hard. I got them both interested in CrossFit, they looked it up on the Internet and both said "Damn you guys are crazy!" So I thank each and everyone of you for being such good sports about the schedule while I was gone. I am excited to be home and training you all again! Jesse
