Four rounds for time of:
30 GHD Sits
20 Back Extensions
10 Pull Ups

Dessert:
500 jump ropes. Each miss or stop for
any reason calls for 20 push ups.

Did about 300 of the jumps and called it good. Elbow is VERY MILDLY sore this evening, I think I got it about right.
