Work Out of the Day

For time:
Run 800 meters then...then 3 rounds of:
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 15 Overhead Press
finish with another 800 meter run

The December 15th start is in question today. however, we are working hard at getting the sheet rock up and getting the gear in place. Stay tuned. We are going to get Crossfit to Everett as soon as we can!

Just wanted to let you know that Everett has been waiting for a Crossfit gym for awhile. I've been CFing for 6 months and would be interested in finding something closer to home. Do you have email address to touch base?
