Work Out of the Day


Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes of:


  • 5 reps of 75 lbs Squat Cleans

  • 5 reps of Burpees
You will be doing 20 rounds with the time between the end of your reps and the next minute to rest. This is much like a Tabata workout.
