Warming up for the Hang Power Snatch work out.

I could have upped my weight a bit, but with 7 sets of 5, then Jesse's "dessert", I think I got a pretty good workout =-)

dessert ended up being a pretty good way to go....don't know about a 1000 tho. For now, that feels like a truckload.
