"FIGHT GONE BAD"

Wall Ball - 20lbs

Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls - 75lbs

Box Jumps - 20 inch

Push Press - 75lbs

Row - calories

3 rounds of the above. Each element is 1 minute long with a minute rest at the end of the row immediately moving back into the 2nd round. Each round lasts for 5 minutes plus the rest.

I wasn't a big fan of walking into the beginning of FGB with the usual 4:30 warriors, who started at 4:20...

BUT - I loved watching them attack this amazing WOD with the usual intensity. It definitely got me warmed up.

Not to mention, as I was pushing through the fight on my own, I had the privilege of 4 guys screaming at me to finish strong. Thanks fellas..it is always a pleasure!!!
