Dead Lift / Burpees

Given Crossfits battle to standardize movements, Crossfit Everett submits Speed Burpees be officially endorsed. Do not try these at home. Max is a professional and mental health experts cannot conclude otherwise. The safety lies in the insanity. Thanks for the demo Max!

5:50 as rx'd - finished with an additional 5 sets of 5 DL's 275#.

I was looking at a tabata thruster workout today. I think it would also be a really good finisher. It's eight rounds of 20sec work 10 sec rest (4min total). Pick a weight, record the reps. The way they did it was for max intensity, i.e. no gaming it, just all out every 20 secs. This would make a great bonus workout, especially on days where we lift. Just a thought.
